Decent service and pricing, but lack of responsive support is concerning

SocialShop – Our Review in a nutshell
SocialShop is a company based in Norway, and it was founded in July of 2014. The offer a variety of social media services, including “Buy YouTube Views.” Regrettably, they do NOT offer any additional add-on services for YouTube.
Overall, their prices are about average. They promise “super fast delivery time,” but in our experience, their time for completion of our order was “normal,” and not really “super fast.”
One thing of note, they have no stated policies on their site concerning refunds or privacy. Customer Support is only through a web form on their Contact Us page.
In summary, there’s some decent things about SocialShop. They have a nice-looking website, and they make it very easy to purchase services. However, the price is only average, the quality is below average, and there aren’t any reassurances to make the customer feel safe with their money or privacy. Not recommended.

Service Quality
In our experience, the quality of SocialShop’s service is below average. The new views that we purchased from them had a retention rate of only about 15%. Really quite bad.
On the plus side, the views came in at a steady pace. So while their claim of “super fast service” seems bogus, for us this was actually a good thing. We’d rather see them come in slower rather than all at once.
But the biggest problem for us with regards to quality is that they don’t offer add-ons such as likes or comments. Without these, increased views alone appear unnatural, and may result in a penalty from YouTube.

Pricing and Discounts
SocialShop sells only “Buy Views” service at 6 different levels, from 1,000 to 1,000,000. Overall, their prices are average and nothing special—unless you buy their 1 million views package (which is priced surprisingly cheap at $1000), but we don’t recommend it considering it’s still a lot of money to invest in mediocre service. If you need that much exposure, go with a trusted company like any on the top 5.
SocialShop conducts all transactions via PayPal.

Customer Support
Social Shop provides a “Contact Us” form on their site, but does not actually give you their email address. There’s no phone number or live chat, but that’s not uncommon.
We sent them a couple of emails to ask some follow up questions. However, we never received a reply.

It’s always a big red flag for us when we can’t easily locate a “policies” page on a provider’s website. Most other providers at least attempt to say something about customer privacy or satisfaction. The only mention of such ideas appears in small letters at the very bottom of the footer. It says, “Satisfaction guaranteet,” (misspelled) but offers no link or elaboration on what this “guaranteet” entails.
For us, this lack of concern for the customer’s rights is a real deal breaker.

Conclusion
To be honest, we can’t find much to get us excited about Social Shop. Everything about their prices and services are only average, and when you factor in the lack of policies and customer support, there seems little reason to choose this provider over the better ones on our list.
Not recommended.
